RMARK Financial Service was originally incorporated as RMARK Services, Inc. in 1991 and was reincorporated in 2003 as Shahan & Read, Inc. d.b.a. RMARK Financial Services. It enjoys an extensive clientele some of whom have been satisfied clients for more than 15 years.

Robert H. Shahan graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in History and the University of Texas at Dallas with Masters in Accounting. He worked for the Internal Revenue Service as an Internal Revenue Agent from 1995 to 2000. He is a Certified Public Accountant (# 079332) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. .

Charles J. Read graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA and an MBA. He is a Certified Public Accountant (# 018846) and a member of the American Payroll Association. Prior to starting RMARK Services Inc., Mr. Read was in private industry for many years involved in day to day corporate operations and accounting as well as years of turnaround experience. Mr. Read is also the author of the book "Financial, Tax, and Accounting Considerations of Starting a New Business".
